NT Landcare Awards 2007

The 2007 Northern Territory Landcare Awards winners were announced at a ceremony at Parliament House on Friday 26 October 2007.

According to the Deputy Chairman of the Natural Resource Management Board (NT), Mr Jim Forwood, the Awards night was a great success and celebration of the incredible achievements of landcare in the Northern Territory.

Winners from each category, excluding the local award winner, automatically go on to become finalists in the 2008 National Landcare Awards, to be held at Parliament House in Canberra.  If you become a finalist in the National Landcare Awards, two of your representatives will be flown to Canberra to attend the gala dinner and ceremony, and the national winner will receive a cash prize of $1000.
